Peaches are high in nutritional value. Peaches help to make the skin healthy and also help to clear complexion. It prevents cancer from the organs and glands with epithelial tissue. If you have become bore of having raw peaches everyday in your diet then try some quick and easy peach recipes to change your taste. Take some where around ten to twelve ripe peaches and cut them into small equal pieces. Keep it aside. Now in a bowl take one cup of flour and add half cup of grinded sugar. Then in it add some firmly packed light brown sugar. Add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and an equal amount of ground nutmeg in it. Now add one fourth teaspoon of salt into it and now mix the flour very well using a fork. Take eight tablespoon of regular butter and cut it into bits and add it in the bowl. With a fork or pastry cutter whichever you feel comfortable begin mixing the butter with the flour mixture. Mush in the butter until it gets evenly mixed in the flour.
Now take a baking tray and add some butter in the tray and place it in oven for five minutes. Take out the tray and put the slices of peaches into it, spreading it evenly over the whole tray. Now, grate some lemon zest and add it from above into the peaches. Squeeze a lemon juice into it. Take a maple syrup and add two tablespoons of it into the peaches and stir it well. Now take the flour crumb and spread it evenly over the peaches. Lightly even out the mixture with a fork from the top. Cover the tray with a foil and bake it at a temperature of 350 degree for fifteen minutes.
It is now the time to prepare the maple cream sauce which you should serve with the peach crisp as a topper. Take one and half cup of whipped cream and pour it into a pan. Then pour five tablespoon of maple sauce and three tablespoons of corn syrup into it. Now your peach crisp is ready, take a large spoon of it into a plate and pour some teaspoon of maple sauce into it and serve it cold in your dessert or breakfast. You can alter this recipe with other cut fruits also, even mixed cut fruits will also go.
